The Westchester real estate market slowed a bit in August, with the number of new listings dropping by 39% from July, a 22% year-over-year decrease. Inventory was also low, down 15% month-over-month and 22% year-over-year. Despite lower inventory, the median listed price dropped 6% from the previous month. Listings spent an average of 2 days longer on the market compared to July, which is a 15% drop year-over-year.
