Westchester real estate sales crept up in July, with 5% more sales compared with June, but 16% fewer sales compared with July 2021. The median listed price was $799K, a 3% year over year increase and a 1% month over month decrease. Homes spent an average of 27 days on the market, down from 29 in June and down from 34 in July of last year.
