Manhattan’s Q2 real estate market showed huge year over year and quarter over quarter increases in number of sales and contracts signed, along with substantial increases in listings on the market. Median listed prices and average price per square foot were down compared with Q2 2020, but up slightly in comparison with Q1 2021.

Brooklyn sales and contracts signed saw huge increases in Q2 compared with Q1 2021 and Q2 2020. Inventory remained up while median listed prices and average price per square foot were down year over year and up slightly quarter over quarter.
The Queens market continued showing strength and demand in Q2 with increased sales numbers and price points both year over year and quarter over quarter. Inventory was up in comparison with Q2 2020 and down in comparison with Q1 2021.
