The Jersey City real estate market had a mix of ups and downs across various metrics in October. Citywide, quantity of sales, median listed price, and average sales price all saw year over year and month over month increases while days on market decreased year over year. Each submarket tells a unique story, however the common trend is higher price points and rising sales.
