The Hudson County real estate market continues to show signs of strength with year over year increases of 5% in median listed price and 7% in median sales price. Because of COVID-19, we have seen a 78% decrease in the number of new listings that hit the market in April as well as a 43% year over year decrease in number of sales. Demand will be determined in the coming months as restrictions are more widely lifted.
