Hoboken sales prices were up 36% year over year and 22% month over month, with an average January sales price of just over $1M. The median listed price in January was $685K, a 1% year over year decrease and a 1% month over month increase. There were 5% more sales in January 2022 than in January 2021, and 37% fewer sales than there were in December 2021. Homes spent an average of 42 days on the market, 13% fewer than January 2021, and 20% more than December 2021.
