It may look like your grandmother’s interior design fantasies, but Tina Fey’s Upper West Side pad has the bones of a spectacular home. The apartment at 300 West End Avenue includes four bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen, library and a living room with wood-burning fireplace.
The price tag on this place was $3.4 million, which Tina got at a steep discount from the $4.1 million list price. Maybe a sense of humor helped in the negotiations. We just hope it didn’t come furnished. Check out the pics below:
