2021 at The Agency was nothing short of extraordinary. The brokerage achieved its most successful year yet, hitting over $11 billion in sales volume over the course of the year, up 69% from 2020. The average sales price across the company was a lofty $1.92 million, and each agent closed $12.8 million in sales on average. Plus, the company raised over $136,000 for philanthropic initiatives across our marketplaces. With over 50 offices in five countries, The Agency remains one connected global community comprised of over 900 incredible agents, who each contributed to this spectacular success.
In the annual Chairman Awards, The Agency recognizes the top 5% agents within the company—hardworking individuals who simply killed it.
