Global 

The Agency Founder and CEO Mauricio Umansky recently sat down with Realtor Magazine to share his insights on what he wished he’d known when he first began his career in real estate. Read the article to get Mauricio’s best tip for new brokers.

Eric Haskell’s new Santa Barbara listing was featured in Mansion Global. Known as the Prancing Horse Estate, the property boasts a Tuscan-inspired mansion, a Lakers-themed basketball court, a rooftop fitness pavilion and vineyards on more than 12 acres nestled between the Santa Ynez Mountains and the Pacific Ocean. Mann Report announced the rebrand of Century Plaza’s residential towers to Park Elm at Century Plaza, which is part of the sales and marketing partnership helmed by James Harris and David Parnes alongside Mauricio Umansky and The Agency Development Group. “It’s one of the best developments to ever hit Los Angeles,” Mauricio explained in Los Angeles Magazine

In a Realtor.com article, Jamie Camp of The Agency Calabasas weighed in on why Dr. Dre’s Malibu mansion hasn’t sold after nearly a year on the market. 

 

The Netherlands

Karina Nipperus’s recent listing in Amsterdam Oud-West appeared in a piece by The Week showcasing some of the most picturesque homes abroad. On top of the charming white herringbone floors, fireplace and French doors, the residence also boasts an updated kitchen and walled garden patio. 

 

Panama

New York

Chris Toland’s listing on the Upper West Side appeared in a piece by Mansion Global showcasing some of the most extravagant Gilded Age properties on the market. A co-op studio in Chelsea listed by Joshua Garner and Mike Fabbri appeared in The New York Times’s weekly roundup of properties on the market. Listed at $620,000, the top-floor residence features a dishwasher, customized closets, through-the-wall air conditioning and a private terrace.

James Milonas, an agent at The Agency Toronto West more commonly known by his social moniker James in the City, was featured on Canada’s national MLS for his social media prowess. “I came out of the real estate womb on social media,” he explains. “I said forget Facebook, I’m going to go hard on Instagram and just give you the raw truth about the real estate market.” Spoiler alert: It worked.
