The Agency is proud to share that Ricardo Beer, Vice President of Franchise Sales, has been selected as a 2025 HousingWire Rising Star. This prestigious recognition honors emerging leaders in the real estate and mortgage industries who have demonstrated exceptional career growth and leadership before the age of 40.
A true day-one team member, Ricardo has been with The Agency since 2012, playing a pivotal role in the brokerage’s global expansion. Starting as a college intern, he quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the company’s top franchise salesperson each year.
Ricardo also independently started and led The Agency’s Franchise and Expansion Divisions for six years, overseeing the opening of over half of the company’s 130+ offices. Over his tenure, Ricardo has brought in over $3 billion in annual sales volume.
