The Agency Turks & Caicos has some exciting reasons to celebrate this year; not only is the office marking its five-year anniversary, but it was an especially impressive 2021 for the team. At the end of the third quarter of 2021, they had closed out a phenomenal $108,413,043 in sales volume—a 303% increase over the same period in 2020. The demand for properties in Turks & Caicos has never been greater.
In five years, the team has grown to be the second-largest brokerage in the market—and 2022 is looking bright. “With our 2021-2022 tourist season set to kick off in November, we don’t expect to see any let-up in demand for Turks & Caicos properties…Whatever happens, we will keep riding the wave!” wrote Sean O’Neill in the Turks & Caicos Q3 Market Report.
And the team has broken records and made history along the way, including the sale of Triton Luxury Villa – 203 Long Bay Beach Drive for $11.5 million by Ian Hurdle, managing partner of The Agency’s Turks & Caicos office, and the launch of The Sanctuary, a nine-home, $25 million villa development, listed by Trevor Musgrove and Sean O’Neill.
The team’s accolades go on, including representing some of the most impressive and forward-thinking and sustainable projects in the region, such as Karaya Blue, a collection of six eco-friendly villas steps from the beach.
