The Agency is thrilled to welcome three new offices to the family this week, launching two new franchise locations in New Canaan, Connecticut, and Oakville, Canada, and opening a corporate office in Studio City, California.
Across the three new branches, a top-notch leadership team will pave the way. Studio City will continue to be led by the managing partners of The Valley offices—Craig Knizek, Michelle Schwartz and Emil Hartoonian. The New Canaan office will be led by esteemed industry veterans Todd David Miller and Cliff Smith. Heads of the Waterloo Region team, Katia Bailey and Steve Bailey, will spearhead the Oakville branch.
The three new offices come on the heels of The Agency’s 2020 expansion to Toronto, Kitchener, and Washington D.C., as well as an additional office in Carmel. The Agency currently has 39 offices, 17 of which are franchise offices—Park City Main Street, Park City Shadow Ridge, Aspen, Turks & Caicos, Los Cabos, Todos Santos, La Paz, Puerto Vallarta, Punta de Mita, Riviera Maya, Toronto, Kitchener, Victoria, and Cowichan. Soon more franchise partners will be joining the family on the East Coast, including in Huntington, Long Island.
“Our new franchise offices in Connecticut and Canada are a testament to the strength and excitement surrounding The Agency and its unparalleled offerings to agents,” said Jim Ramsay, Executive Vice President of Franchise Sales. “We look forward to expanding our footprint as we continue to grow The Agency around the world.”
A distinguished member of the real estate community, Jim joined the company following the addition of former Compass executive, Rainy Hake Austin, as President, growing its executive leadership team. Jim previously served as the chief operating and chief growth officer for Engel & Völkers Americas.
