The Agency Global Forum 2022 was an event to remember. This year, the annual sales conference featured three incredible days of networking, expert panels, renowned speakers, educational workshops on timely topics and unmissable social events. Check out some of the highlights below.
Fairway Fun
The Agency kicked off Forum week with our first annual Golf Classic on the Desert Springs Golf Course. (You know we love a little friendly competition.)
Industry Insight
Molly Bloom—entrepreneur and author of the memoir Molly’s Game—gave a fascinating talk on how to “Make a Customer Feel Like a High Roller,” in which she shared her experience setting up the most exclusive high-stakes poker game in Hollywood. Molly enlightened attendees on how she created an experience like no other for her players and how agents can apply the same principles to create an exclusive experience for customers.
Ed Mylett also joined the event as a keynote speaker. A highly successful entrepreneur who blends his unique experiences with a diverse set of practical strategies, Ed has written the best-selling book The Power of One More and launched a popular weekly podcast. He is well known for combining spirituality, faith, the inner workings of the mind, and tactical thoughts and actions to help people produce real changes in their lives—all to say he provided The Agency audience with some incredible information and inspiration.
On the second day of the conference, attendees left their phones behind (and their comfort zones) to experience a fully-immersive day of information with their full attention and presence.
A Black Tie Affair
At the Chairman Event, The Agency’s leadership team honored the company’s top producers with an elegant evening styled to the nines. Guests enjoyed live violin covers of top 40 songs by Daniel Morris and comedic entertainment by Zac Goldsmith.
Moving Moments
Attendees had plenty of opportunities to move and groove, including during “Awaken, a Forum Experience.” With incredible live artists up on the stage, the entire Agency family was out of their seats, singing and dancing.
They also had some time to greet the day with movement and reconnect with themselves during our “Rise” activity. Attendees got their sweat and stretch on during a high-energy yoga/pilates class directed by DaLette Anderson.
Going Out with a Bang
The event series ended with a big celebration at Vie En Rouge, a pop-up nightclub inspired by the conference theme “Life in Red.” Dj Mer Bear and The Agency’s own DJ Jon kept the tunes fresh every second.
