A weekend in Aspen is never enough. With lengthier mountain escapes in increasingly high demand, The Agency Aspen is now exclusively representing a collection of four residential suites for lease, including two penthouse suites, at the historic Hotel Jerome. In the heart of downtown and steps from the slopes, Hotel Jerome has been an Aspen icon, landmark and social hub since 1889.
Each residential and penthouse suite boasts a private elevator entrance, over 2,000 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, stunning design, contemporary finishes and private heated terraces with spectacular views. While in residence, guests enjoy the use of private Lexus vehicles and the acclaimed amenities and personalized concierge services of Aspen’s “crown jewel.”
“There is truly no other offering of this kind and caliber in Aspen,” says The Agency Aspen Managing Partner Heather Sinclair, who spearheaded the partnership with Hotel Jerome. “The residential suites offer the chance to enjoy an extended stay and hotel amenities with the comforts and luxuries of a private home, steps from Aspen’s world-class shopping, dining, skiing and nightlife.”
“The entire Hotel Jerome team is delighted to partner with The Agency on this incredibly unique and innovative initiative,” says Mandi Meng of Auberge Resorts. “The opportunity to work together to create and market our incredible residences to an entirely new audience through The Agency’s unparalleled reach across digital and IRL channels is unprecedented in the marketplace, truly aligning our brands in an organic and authentic way.”
Among the collection are Penthouse D and Penthouse C, which boast all of the features mentioned above, as well as 8-person dining rooms, full gourmet kitchens and beautiful views of the mountain and Rio Grande Park. Residential Suite 110 and Suite 100 are both located in the Historic Aspen Times Building, located adjacent to Hotel Jerome’s pool terrace.
Opened during the height of Aspen’s silver boom, the hotel was known as a place where “all great stories were born and told.” Over 130 years later, that certainly hasn’t changed, as the property’s unique history and gilded past continue to intrigue guests, celebrities and the world’s most discerning travelers. Now part of the Auberge Resorts Collection, Hotel Jerome’s storied history lives on in the spectacular design, which blends antique details and modern finishes.
Hotel amenities include elegant indoor and outdoor dining on the mountain-view patio, the stunning main bar and fireplace steeped in historic decor, an Auberge Spa, underground bar Bad Harriett in the historic Aspen Times Building, and an outdoor pool and spa.
Residential suites are available for a minimum of 14-day stays and longer. For more information and reservations, please contact Heather Sinclair. Photos generously provided by Hotel Jerome.
