The Agency’s November ShaRE event was a lively discussion that provided attendees with actionable insights and tips from our brokerage’s leading professionals on how they’re setting themselves apart, winning listings, and connecting with new clients. Leveraging The Agency’s global community and extensive network, these top agents shared strategies on how they tap into The Agency’s resources and connections to expand their reach, elevate their business, and stay ahead in today’s competitive real estate market.

Moderated by Ricardo Beer, VP of Franchise Sales West, the conversation explored innovative strategies for impactful marketing that capture attention and convert leads into successful business wins. 

Panelists included Jared Blank, Managing Partner of The Agency Denver and Boulder; Heather Stevens, Managing Partner of The Agency Frisco; Mike Biryla, real estate agent with The Agency New York City; and Leonie Ter Brugge, Managing Partner of The Agency Costa Blanca North. 

Participants highlighted the importance of developing growth-driven mindsets, emphasizing the role of The Agency’s global reach as well as personal branding, creative marketing, and tailored client experiences in driving long-term success. 

“Whether you are an agent or a client of ours, having a global brand in your corner really helps,” said  Leonie, Managing Partner of The Agency Costa Blanca North in Spain. “For us, having a big brand like The Agency behind our agents is a massive asset. I don’t see anyone else in our market having the kind of international reach that we do. We’ve got global connectivity, and that makes a difference to our clients.”

“Since we launched in April, the brand of The Agency itself elevated where we stand,” says Heather, who serves as Managing Partner at The Agency Frisco in Texas. “I’ve had listings that have been shared to The Agency’s Instagram account, which has more than 500,000 followers—and that is huge exposure that always resonates with our clients.” See below for a video of the full panel event.
