We’re proud to announce that Jeff Beal and Chad Lagomarsino, Managing Partners of our new office The Agency North Atlanta, have been selected to represent two first-of-their-kind, multi-use communities, Personal Warehouses and Stables Motor Condos.
Slated for completion in the spring of 2023, these new developments are designed to accommodate small businesses and motorsports enthusiasts and will ultimately bring approximately 130,000 square feet of unique garage condos to the rapidly growing North Atlanta metro region. Jeff and Chad will lead the sales and marketing of the two commercial developments, which offer a combined estimated sell-out value of more than $50M.
“On the heels of launching The Agency’s first office in Georgia, we are so excited to be representing these developments and officially break ground in Alpharetta with Buford following a few weeks after,” said Jeff. “Through our partnership with Personal Warehouse, we are committed to offering an incredible product for car enthusiasts and fill the demand for private garage condos while creating an entirely new type of product for those who need alternative space.”
The first development, Personal Warehouses, is located in Alpharetta and comprises more than 73,000 square feet of multi-use space. It is currently offered as a private garage and storage condominium facility with 38 private garage condos, in addition to 29 personal warehouses designed for work, store and play. Spaces are specially designed for RVs, cars, trucks and boats, offer a secure gated perimeter, 24/7 video monitoring and provide a ready-made onsite community for like-minded enthusiasts. To date, more than 20% of the units are already reserved. Located at 5705 Stables Way, the project officially broke ground on July 21, 2022 and has an estimated total sales value of $30M.
The second development located in Buford encompasses more than 56,000 square feet and is set to break ground on August 4, 2022. Located at 4375 South Lee Street, the project will feature 28 private garage condos and 17 personal warehouse units. The estimated total sales value is $23M.
