Back in March, Davis originally listed the duplex, a combination of two units he bought in 2015, for $7.8 million. Davis spent two years creating the duplex, which now boasts 2,800 square feet with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Davis originally created the duplex for his son and his family, but plans have changed and he’s decided to sell, a spokesperson said.

The co-op is located in the Ritz Tower where Davis owns several other properties. He has also lived in its penthouse for the past 28 years.

During remodeling, Davis enlisted interior designer Greg Schriefer to design the duplex. The end result features a grand circular staircase that links the two floors. Adorned in white-washed oak hardwood, the staircase is illuminated by a magnificent Lillian August chandelier.

The apartment also has an open kitchen with custom cabinetry and GE Monogram appliances, pink travertine and pale herringbone flooring throughout, and a hidden wet bar within the foyer.

The unit also features five central heating and air conditioning zones, custom Skyline tilt and turn windows, Italian marble windowsills, and Sonos surround sound with Episode speakers throughout.

Furthermore, the Ritz Tower offers a plethora of amenities including a gym, storage, and the option for housekeeping services and room service.
