In an interview for the RealTrending podcast, President Rainy Hake Austin spoke about scaling The Agency’s boutique-feeling brand to new markets. “The consumer interacts with the brand in different ways depending on whether it’s an urban market versus a suburban market,” she said, “and we work with our partners to allow for that flexibility. At the same time, we hold true to our brand standard so that when you have an experience with the brand, it’s consistent and predictable in terms of the quality you expect.”
The importance of branding was also on the mind of The Agency CEO and Founder Mauricio Umansky, who wrote an op-ed for Entrepreneur. “A brand is so much more than a logo and a name,” he explains. “It’s a look, a feel and a story that will connect your target audience to your mission and values. Building an authentic brand that can evolve with your company correlates directly to the consistent growth of your business.”
