The Agency kicked off 2020 as one of the world’s most followed residential brokers on social media, a position that served our agents and clients well in a socially distant world. Home buyers and sellers took to social media in droves, with the platform accounting for millions of dollars in sales in 2020. Video-led tours on our Instagram @TheAgencyRE, which used to garner 5,000 views, were exceeding 140,000 views. And all those looks and likes directly translated to contracts that were e-signed, sealed and delivered. Agents hosted virtual open houses via Instagram Live, while clients used social media to directly contact agents, whether interested in buying or selling.
