Gigi Hadid looks to have purchased one of the last condo’s at 10 Bond using an LLC in order to try to maintain some privacy (didn’t quite work, but she had good intentions).
The Victoria Secret model hasn’t confirmed the purchase yet, of course, but the inquiring minds of the media seemed to have put the pieces together anyway.
The condo in question appears to be 2E, which has two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and nearly 2,100 square feet of living space. Both bedrooms have an en suite bathroom, which is a nice extra.
10 Bond Street #2E
2E first hit the market in April of 2014 and did not sell until December 2015. The listing price started out at $4.675 million, but the condo finally sold for $3.971 million nearly a year and a half later.
Located on a trendy Noho landing spot since day one, the building has eleven units, in total, spread out across seven stories.
10 Bond, itself, is a fairly new building that was just completed in 2014; the architecture and interior of the building were designed by Selldorf Architects. The exterior of 10 Bond consists of weathered steel and cast terra cotta panels to give 10 Bond its distinctive look.
Amenities
The unit features direct elevator access and a luxurious kitchen with a dedicated pantry that opens up to the living area. Within the kitchen are lacquered Italian millwork, marble countertops, hand-made Dutch tile backsplash, vented cooktops, garbage disposal, as well as Subzero, Miele, Wolf, and Gaggenau appliances.
The building, additionally, has several amenities available to the residents including a gym, storage space, a concierge, and a package room.
The monthly maintenance fees are fairly respectable at $6,500 per month, which is over $75,000 per year. With only eleven units in the entire building, the high monthly maintenance fees make sense, unfortunately.
