Midtown East: 2014 Neighborhood Review

by | Sep 20, 2014

From 34th to 59th Streets between Fifth and Lexington Avenues, Midtown East is the corporate nucleus of Manhattan. With the activity generated by the work crowd and the location of Grand Central Terminal on 42nd Street, this neighborhood is a very central part of the city. While it might not necessarily be your ideal destination on a Saturday afternoon, it does have plenty to offer by way of dining options and post-work watering holes. Given its central location, this is a great area to live with convenient access to the rest of the city.
