Bloomberg covered perhaps the biggest news this month: The Agency’s acquisition of NYC-based Triplement. With the search and client-management platform developed by the independent software firm, The Agency gains a significant edge over competitors and new opportunities for growth. “We’re really excited about expanding the platform globally,” says Founder and CEO Mauricio Umansky.

Speaking of growth, Inman reported that Aisha Chiapetta recently joined The Agency as Vice President of Strategic Growth. With a storied career in tech, including roles at Side, Salesforce and Facebook, Aisha will help develop the agent recruitment process in key markets to help fuel the company’s future.

Mansion Global featured 5393 Barrington, the spectacular $5.2M estate outside Detroit listed by Cindy Obron Kahn. A collaboration between the award-winning Moceri Custom Homes and architect Dominick Tringali, the estate boasts a home theater, pool, wine cellar and smart control. “It’s hard to find a property with the same quality and workmanship,” Cindy notes.

Park City

Charlie Taylor and Jake Doilney‘s picturesque 20-acre Park City equestrian property earned its own feature in Mansion Global. Listed for $17.9M, the ranch boasts a 24,000-square-foot equestrian facility, two-bedroom caretaker’s cottage and five-bedroom main residence within five minutes of Park City’s stores, restaurants and shopping.

Los Angeles

New York Post reported that Billy Rose’s penthouse at the Four Seasons Private Residences Los Angeles listing is set to break sales records with its $75M asking price. Featuring 360-degree views of Los Angeles, interiors designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard and approximately 6,000 square feet of terraces, this property is truly one-of-a-kind. “[It] marries the New York sophistication and wow factor with the year-round outdoorsy setting of California,” says Billy.

Investigating why eight percent of real estate contracts fall through, MSN tapped Michelle Schwartz to explain what can go wrong during an inspection in their article, “10 Biggest Home Buying Deal Breakers of 2022.”

In an exclusive feature, The Wall Street Journal spotlighted Paul Lester’s listing, 6825 Zumirez Drive, a $56M 6,000-square-foot ocean view estate on 1.5 acres in Malibu, which is being sold by entrepreneur Suzanne Zimmer—former spouse of composer Hans Zimmer. Seattle

An Inman exclusive reported the launch of The Agency Seattle, led by Jason Binab and Jen Cameron. The Seattle office marks the 36th franchise for The Agency, with now over 50 offices worldwide and counting.

Florida

Florida Weekly covered the expansion of The Agency Naples with profiles on the team’s newest members, including Rick Conly, Miles Griffin, Ashley Silvers, and Daryl Silvers.
