Lester Holt Jr., one of America’s favorite journalists who anchors the weekday edition of NBC Nightly News, and his wife, Carol Hagen-Holt, have recently sold their NoMad condo for an impressive $6.4 million. The couple sold this for a profit, given the fact that they bought the condo back in 2007 for only $3.3 million.

The beautiful condo had been on the market for a little over three months, till it finally sold this past week. The condo is located in the Grand Madison, a building which was renovated in 2006, converted from the 13-story Beaux Arts building into this stunning condominium complex.

The condo itself is 2,168 square feet with some amazing features. Overlooking Madison Square Park, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom apartment is a real beauty. It includes 11-foot ceilings and a stunning kitchen with bluestone counters, which also includes an island with wooden cabinets.

The building itself was once home to Chelsea Clinton and her husband, and it’s located between 26th and 27th Streets. Formerly known as the Brunswick Hotel, this luxury building has many amenities including a large gym, an interior courtyard, in-building laundry services, and a rooftop deck with beautiful views of the area.
Now that Holt and his wife have sold this condo, we wonder where they’ll head next? Could they be the next celebrity figures to invest in 443 Greenwich? The development is now home to a number of big names, including Meg Ryan, Rebel Wilson, Jake Gyllenhaal, and many more.
