Jonah did a pretty decent job negotiating on this transaction. Initially listed at $9.5 million, Jonah was able to grab the unit for $9.16 million. While not a massive steal, it is still a noticeable drop in price. With the extra 300k+, he could furnish his new condo.

Built in the 1920’s, this nearly century-old building has 20 condos spread out over seven floors with a 24-hour doorman. Each condo features barrel vault brick ceilings up to fifteen feet in height.
