In Jersey City, there were 36 new listings, down 50% from 72 in Q3. The median listed sale price was $699,000, up just 2% quarter-over-quarter and 5% year over year. Median sale price remained relatively the same quarter-over-quarter, but was up 9% in comparison to Q4 2021. There were 405 total sales, down by 24% from Q3, and down 31% year-over-year. Listings spent an average of 42 days on the market compared to 30 days in Q3.
