With over a decade of experience and over six years working at The Agency, Laura oversees the brokerage’s global marketing, communications and public relations strategy. In her role, leads the marketing and brand position for the global brokerage and oversees a team of in-house marketers and publicists within the brokerage. Prior to this, she served as VP of PR of the firm’s bicoastal in-house PR team consistently secured over 2,000 articles annually in leading news publications, equating to hundreds of millions in ad value.
During her time at The Agency, Laura has implemented and executed the communications strategy on a corporate and regional level for the firm’s 100+ offices with more than 2,200 agents. Additionally, she has directed PR campaigns for The Agency Development Group and its portfolio of luxury clients.
In addition to this most recent accolade, Laura has also been named a 2024 Inman Marketing All-Star, a testament to her innovative approach to real estate marketing, and her team has won dozens of Hermes Creative Awards for their public relations campaigns focused on The Agency’s strategic international growth, executive messaging, media placements and leading publications and reports, including The Agency Magazine and Annual Report.
