The closest thing on the market is a unit just 10(ish) blocks southeast at 22 Grove Street. It is around the same square footage as Samantha’s studio loft on Gansevoort. It is situated on the sixth floor of an elevator co-op. All of this assuming she would be approved by the board. The character of the building is comparable. This unit is a loft-like studio just like Samantha’s unit and I am confident that, with a little pro design and a full-length mirror that faces the bed, this could totally be a Samantha J. bachelorette pad.
There is no laundry, but the building and the neighborhood are STUNNING!
