Construction and sales are accelerating on Stables Motor Condos and Personal Warehouse, two commercial development projects, one located in Alpharetta and the other in Buford, both just outside Atlanta.
Represented by The Agency North Atlanta’s Managing Partners Jeff Beal, Chad Lagomarsino and Cindy “Rodeo” Steedle, this multi-use garage condo community is designed to accommodate small businesses and motorsports enthusiasts. The developments are a joint venture between Stables Motor Condos and Personal Warehouse.
Stables Motor Condos first broke ground in July of 2022, and is now on track to cross the finish line in the fall or winter of 2023. Stables Motor Condos are specially designed for RVs, cars, trucks and boats. They offer a secure gated perimeter and provide a ready-made onsite community for like-minded enthusiasts.

Alpharetta Location
Comprising more than 73,000 square feet of multi-use space, this project currently offers two space options: 35 private garage storage condominiums and 29 personal warehouse flex space units designed for small businesses— ideal for work and storage. Located at 5705 Stables Way, the project has an estimated total sales value of $33M.

Buford Location
Comprising more than 33,295 square feet of multi-use space, this project offers two options: 20 private garage storage condominiums and 17 personal warehouses flex space units designed for small businesses to use for work and storage. Located at 4365 South Lee Street in Buford, the project has an estimated total sales value of $25M.
Since pricing debuted earlier this spring, these two developments have out more than $10M under contract—to date, 32 units out of 101 units are spoken for. Full sellout is expected and estimated at $58M.
The Agency North Atlanta will also be handling the sales for the next two Stables Motor Condos and Personal Warehouse projects launching in Spring 2024.
