Actress Carrie Preston and husband (fellow actor) Michael Emerson are looking for a change of address. Recently, the happy couple took some time to apartment hunt at 416 W. 52nd street.
They looked at a couple of apartments, but the one that really stuck out is the three bedroom, 2.5 bath unit listed for $2.985 million. The monthly taxes will run an estimated $2,800 per month while the common charges will run $1,603 per month.
This particular unit has been on the market since March 2016, and the sellers expect this unit to close before the end of the summer.
Carrie and Michael did see another smaller unit that is currently listed for $2.249 million in the same building. This unit is a two bedroom, two baths with 1,386 square feet while the first listing was a little over 1,900 square feet.
While both units have been redone top to bottom, the deciding factor may be the 500 square foot difference between the two and the roughly $700K difference in the price tag.
