The Brooklyn real estate market saw a year over year and quarter over quarter decrease in prices and total inventory, while new listings were up by 51% in Q2. There were 1,713 sales in the second quarter, a 69% quarter over quarter increase and a 26% year over year increase, while contracts signed were up 28% quarter over quarter and down 7% year over year.
