It turns out that living in a clock tower was not really what Quasimodo – I mean,Anne Hathaway – needed. One year after purchasing the Dumbo, light-filled loft, the Hatha-Who is re-listing the property at 1 Main Street in Dumbo Brooklyn.
She originally listed the property back in September for $4.5 million but yanked it off of the market when it wouldn’t sell. This time around we see a price tag of $4.25 million. The unit was recently staged by David Howell to make the home more appealing to potential buyers.
The building was constructed in 1916, which I am sure added to the appeal for Anne and husband Adam Shulman. The apartment has two bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, 2,592 square feet and boasts panoramic views of the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges as well as the Manhattan skyline.
According to Suitey.com, there are 5 sales available in the building.
