About seven months ago, the home originally owned and lived in by Frank Sinatra himself was furnished and put BACK on the market for $2.1 million cheaper than it was originally listed for. What was originally an asking price of $7.7 million was cut to $5.6 million and is now being listed for$5 million, after a long shelf life on the market.
The apartment at 530 East 72nd Street on Manhattan’s Upper East Side was never lived in by current owner Penny Hart after she made the purchase in 2008.
