Rock star Adam Levine and supermodel wife, Behati Prinsloo, have listed their Soho loft for sale for $5.5 million. 
The loft has 2,800 square feet including one bedroom and two bathrooms. The loft is amazing. It has almost an “Animal House”/ bachelor pad feel to it from the pictures. From the Playboy pinball machine to the fifty foot long sectionals, it looks like a pretty cool place to hang out and have a few drinks.
The loft is essentially a massive wide open space with exposed beams and bricks. You could literally throw a football inside the loft, there is that much space. While the openness is enjoyable for any couple, would it be appropriate with a baby on the way? Behati is pregnant, and they are looking for a more family-friendly spot. Maybe this is the rockstar and supermodel’s way of settling down, such as trading in the mustang for the minivan? Except the mustang is a $5.5 million dollar loft, and the minivan is a $7 – $10 million dollar family friendly coop.
The Loft
The loft is everything you would expect from a rockstar’s apartment. With a giant gorgeous walk-in bathroom and enough room for a pool table, a casual living room and even more space to run around, this apartment is extravagant in every sense of the word. The future buyers even have the option of buying the apartment furnished.
Here’s a quick tip when buying an apartment fully furnished. If any owner offers to sell the apartment furnished, then this means the owners have already detached themselves from the apartment and the furnishings inside. This is good for any potential buyer. The key here is to negotiate. The owners may go back and forth with you a bit, but they really want (need) someone to take the furniture as well. If you don’t take the furniture then they will have to pay to have it removed. It is just your call whether or not you want it. If you do keep the furniture, just make sure you make it worth your while.
