Amidst an intimate gathering of agents, friends and community members, our Southern California team cut the ribbon on an all-new space in Pasadena to accommodate the region’s growing team.
“Our Pasadena agents have such a great attitude,” said Mauricio Umansky, CEO and Founder of The Agency. “This is a fast-growing market with lots of history and character. Pasadena requires smart, thoughtful, innovative agents willing to work hard—when I think of the team we’ve built in the new office, I see all those things.”
“The Pasadena market continues to be a dynamic destination for buyers from all stages of life,” said Gus Ruelas, Pasadena’s Managing Partner. “Our local agents are so talented, and are always ready to take on a new challenge. Pasadena is a very special place, and we’re so proud to represent the community.”
As the event was held while firefighters were still battling the Getty Fire on L.A.’s Westside, Mauricio requested a moment of silence for those on the front lines of the blaze and all of the residents affected. Also in attendance was Bertral T. Washington, Chief of the Pasadena Fire department. Throughout the evening, Giveback Homes collected donations, which were then given to support the Los Angeles Fire Department.
During the event, DJ DevLovv provided the music, while DCLA passed petit grilled filet mignon, Japanese-style crispy pork belly, prosciutto-wrapped pear bites with blue cheese, cheddar cups with avocado, shrimp satay skewers and chicken tenders with parmesan and honey mustard.
The new Pasadena office is located at 225 South Lake Avenue, Suite 200. For more information, visit their website here.
