REAL Trends Inc. has released a special report ranking the 50 top real estate professionals and teams based on average sales price and volume, and The Agency is proud to have five agents and two teams ranked among the best in the nation.
Santiago Arana ranked #15 with an average sales price of $9,450,689 and a closing sales volume of $340,224,828. Paul Lester was ranked #29 with an average sales price of $7,126,317 and a closing sales volume of $149,652,660. Aileen Comora came in at #35 with an average sales price of $6,632,072 and a closing sales volume of $152,537,660. Blair Chang made the list at #37 with an average sales price of $6,413,784 and a closing sales volume of $96,206,760 and Sandro Dazzan ranked #48, boasting an average sales price of $5,525,892 and a closing volume of $154,725,000.
In the real estate team category, The Agency’s Umansky Team—comprised of Mauricio Umansky, Eduardo Umansky and Farrah Brittany—broke the top five and was ranked #3 in the country with an average sales price of $11,596,914 and a closed sales volume of $278,325,945. James Harris and David Parnes ranked #11 with an average sales price of $7,146,986 and a closed sales volume of $250,144,532.
REAL Trends Inc. released the report and ranking after further analyzing existing data in 2019’s The Thousand and America’s Best rankings, which were released earlier this year. Now in its 14th year, The Thousand recognizes those who collectively place in the top one-half of one percent of more than 1.25 million licensed real estate professionals nationwide.
