The Agency, our agents and staff are committed to doing their part to make a difference in the communities we call home. Recently, four of our own spearheaded initiatives in the L.A. area for causes they hold dear—and The Agency was proud to play a part.
A proud supporter of Alliance of Moms (AOM), a program that supports pregnant and parenting teens in the L.A. County foster care system, Natasha Barrett hosted a pre-Mother’s Day event at the new Fred Segal boutique in Malibu. Shoppers enjoyed treats from Le Pain Quotidien, rosé from Summer Somewhere, custom embroidery by C. Bonz, and trunk shows by Morgan Lane and Stacy Nolan jewelry, with 10 percent of the proceeds from each purchase going directly toward vital funding for the organization and its programs. The event was a smashing success, drawing dozens of agents, family and friends to the ‘Bu for a lively afternoon of shopping and philanthropy. Founded in 2014, Alliance of Moms offers educational programs to young moms with a focus on practical tools that empower them to become informed and successful parents.
Meanwhile, Tracy Taggert, Michelle Schwartz and Holly Hatch were busy spearheading efforts for Sipurbia Wine & Beer Festival in support of Bumblebee Foundation, a non-profit founded to support the well-being of families affected by pediatric cancer. Held at King Gillette Ranch in Calabasas and sponsored in part by The Agency, the festival brought together local craft breweries, wineries and food trucks for an unforgettable afternoon of music and fun in the sun. Founded in memory of Jarren Donatini, who was diagnosed with Hepatoblastoma at the age of three, the Bumbleebee Foundation is driven by the mission to inspire hope and faith by providing support to families affected by pediatric cancer.
