It isn’t often the rare masterpieces by some of the world’s most iconic and visionary architects come available for sale, offering lucky home seekers the opportunity to own some of the most coveted real estate in the world. With extensive experience representing some of the most prestigious properties, The Agency’s current portfolio includes an exceptional collection of architecturally significant homes, from Phoenix to Beverly Hills, Palm Springs to South Florida.

6836 N. 36TH STREET | PHOENIX

The desert has always been an inspiring canvas for the world’s renowned architects, including the famed Frank Lloyd Wright. The last home designed by the master architect, 6836 N. 36th Street is an iconic masterpiece and one of only 14 circular homes designed by Wright. Represented by Roxanne Johnson, Jack Luciano and Raul Siqueiros, the house features overlapping concentric circles, creating a floor plan that flows effortlessly from room to room, with each capturing majestic views of Palm Canyon and the city below. Curved walls are clad in golden Philippine mahogany, reflecting the desert’s natural light. Updates made in 1994 were approved by the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation.

1155 E. GRANVIA VALMONTE | PALM SPRINGS

This distinct property, known as the Steel & Glass house, was the last home that celebrated architect Donald Wexler envisioned. The drawing plans were finalized just a couple of months before his passing in 2015. The three-bedroom home, represented by Rich Nolan, is built on a parcel of land formerly known as the Frank Sinatra Estate. It wraps around a serene reflecting pool capturing views of the San Jacinto Mountains in the acclaimed Movie Colony neighborhood. “We didn’t even think of it as ‘modern’ in terms of architecture for the desert,” Wexler once famously said. “We did it to live with the environment, a matter of balancing orientation and views.”

3737 OAKFIELD DRIVE | SHERMAN OAKS

3737 Oakfield Drive is one of the 17 famed Stilt Homes built by renowned architect Richard Neutra in 1966. Overlooking Beverly Glen from a leafy Sherman Oaks hillside, the home has appeared frequently in movies and on television and is ranked among Angeleno’s list of must-see attractions. Showcasing extraordinary midcentury design, the classic Neutra home, represented by Michelle Schwartz, takes full advantage of the surrounding landscape and panoramic city and canyon views. Gorgeous zen gardens surround the two-bedroom home, which has been tastefully updated over the years. The original stone fireplace remains the focal point of the living room, bookended by floor-to-ceiling windows for enjoying sunset views.

1405 AFTON STREET | PASADENA

Showcasing striking modern design by Buff & Hensman, this five-bedroom residence features the firm’s signature, unique architectural details. An atrium with lush greenery, sculptures and a tranquil fountain leads to the interior, where dark wood accents, vaulted ceilings and two-story windows impress. The five-bedroom home, represented by Chris Reisbeck, features a library with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves and views of the garden, while oak trees and the terraced backyard are reminiscent of a national park.

1020 LAUREL WAY | BEVERLY HILLS

Designed by the master of Hollywood Regency-style homes John E. Woolf in 1963, this French Regency sets the tone from the moment of arrival, where the gated, architectural carport flows effortlessly to the entry garden. The ultra-private residence, represented by Boaz Lev-Ari, is designed in the shape of an “H” and features celebrated Woolf design features. The four-bedroom home boasts dramatic arched doorways, grand living spaces, soaring ceilings and glass doors that open to the pool and center courtyard. A timeless masterpiece, the home is situated moments from the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel.

19575 COLLINS AVENUE #23 | SUNNY ISLES, FL

This spectacular, sky-high residence is situated within the ultra-luxury Regalia, a collection of 39 oceanfront residences along Sunny Isles Beach, featuring architecture by Arquitectonica.
