Last week, we were thrilled to celebrate the launch of our Malibu office with a lively soiree at our new oceanside digs. Located 22601 Pacific Coast Highway, Suite 103, the office marks The Agency’s 16th location worldwide—and counting.
The Malibu office is led by Managing Partner and Malibu native Sandro Dazzan. One of the city’s top-producing agents, Sandro has closed more than $750 million in home sales and established himself as one of Malibu’s foremost market experts.
“Having been fortunate enough to grow up in Malibu and watch the city evolve over the years, I can say there has never been a more exciting time to live and work here,” says Sandro. “As high-end restaurants and brands seek out space in the area and incredible homes continue to fetch record-breaking prices, the Malibu office will position us to steward in an exciting new chapter for the community.”
Drawing family and friends from across L.A., the beach cities and beyond, guests enjoyed cocktails, wine from Malibu Vineyards and savory bites catered by Choux Choux as they mingled throughout the new space, which boasts towering walls of glass capturing sweeping views of the glimmering Pacific. Founder and CEO Mauricio Umansky kicked off the evening with some spirited remarks as attendees enjoyed one of Malibu’s hallmark sunsets.
As the coveted coastal enclave continues to experience an uptick of investment in both the residential and commercial real estate spheres, we are proud to bring our best-in-class service to Malibu—representing some of the most prestigious offerings in the city’s history. Mauricio, together with President and Co-Founder Billy Rose and Savills Studley, represents the Malibu Portfolio, a landmark, $150 million offering consisting of 70 acres of undeveloped land spread across eight residential and commercially zoned parcels in Malibu. Offered for the first time in more than 30 years, the portfolio is poised to make its buyer Malibu’s most significant landowner overnight. Sandro and Mauricio also hold the listing for 24818 Pacific Coast Highway, a magnificent, 13,000-square-foot French Regency-style estate perched on 1.7 bluff-top acres above the Pacific.
