In partnership with Ventura Blvd Magazine, The Agency recently hosted an exclusive spring soiree celebrating art and architecture at The Residences at Carbon Beach, a limited collection of modern homes steps from Malibu’s famed Billionaire’s Beach.
Guests were free to mix and mingle as they explored the exquisite homes, one of which doubled as an exhibition space for the evening, featuring works by painter Nick Wattles and mixed media artist Lucas Raynaud. Meanwhile, Cocktail Academy shook up refreshing libations to a soundtrack provided by the high-energy guitar and violin duo We The Folk, and Lisa’s Bon Appetit served delicious ocean-inspired fare, including a decadent raw bar in perfect keeping with the crashing waves in the distance.
Each of the residences boast panoramic ocean vistas and showcase 3,200 square feet of luxurious living space with three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, a chef-caliber kitchen, soaring ceilings and a voluminous master suite with an ensuite terrace. A plush rooftop lounge is complete with an eight-person Jacuzzi spa, gas fireplace and integrated audio system perfect for entertaining.
With only three residences remaining and summer just around the corner, there’s no better time to settle into this coveted oceanside enclave. For more information on The Residences at Carbon Beach, visit its website or contact The Agency’s Leah Kouba to schedule your private tour.
