The first luxury compact soft-top convertible has entered the market: the Range Rover Evoque Convertible was created for all seasons. Uniquely designed with world-class engineering in mind, the hard top version of the Evoque has become Land Rover’s most popular vehicle in history, finding 10,000 new owners each month.
Able to to off-road without flinching, the Evoke Convertible features a new open-air look that manages to maintain the car’s silhouette by giving it the largest fabric roof currently fitted to a series production vehicle.
It’s convenient, too. The top drops in just 18 seconds – even at speeds up to 50 km/h. Insulated against noise and wind, the convertible also features two roll cage bars that instantly deploy in emergency situations protecting both front and rear passengers.
The interior features of the Evoque do not fail to impress, either. From the 20-inch touch screen that runs the company’s latest infotainment system, the Evoque offers easy connectivity, whether by smart phone or via the company’s own apps and services.
With the crossover marketing boom, demand for luxury SUVs is ever-increasing and expected to grow by 20% by 2020.
