The Agency is pleased to announce that Michelle Ficarra, a top producing Westside agent with a tenacious passion for luxury real estate, is joining our growing team. Michelle brings 26 years of experience working with the most well-known leaders in the industry and representing buyers and sellers from Malibu to the Sunset Strip.
Michelle says she’s thrilled to be joining The Agency because of the level of service it offers its agents as well as its collaborative energy, vibe and creative spirit. “The digital world has changed everything in real estate,” Michelle explains. “Our clients expect so much more now on a local, national and especially on an international level. The Agency reaches people around the world 24-7, and I’m always fascinated to see what they’ll come up with next.”
As a member of the powerhouse Agency team that includes David Parnes and James Harris, Michelle focuses on the exclusive Bel Air, Beverly Hills, and Sunset Strip communities, where she prides herself on her extensive knowledge of the luxury market. She says it’s been exciting to watch the level of development in those areas and how strong those particular markets have become.
“I remember when $5 million was considered the high end. Now, we’re seeing listings upwards of $100 million. Los Angeles seems like such a big spread out city, but in truth, it’s a small town when you look at the amount of quality real estate available in prime markets.”
Michelle has consistently ranked as a top producing agent, receiving several prestigious awards and providing market insight for The Los Angeles Times, InStyle Home, E! News, Entertainment Tonight and more.
“Michelle is constantly a step ahead of the game,” says David. “She has an encyclopedic knowledge of properties and sales which spans close to 20 years. She is always informed on what off-market listings are coming on the market and who is bringing what to market. She has great relationships with everyone in the business and will be a fantastic addition to our team.”
Michelle, who studied Interior Design at UCLA, spends her free time indulging in her love of travel, food, wine, movies and enjoying the outdoors with her rescue dog. She is an advocate for animal rights, supporting a number of shelters and agencies in the L.A. area.
