Other upscale contenders for highest sale included the recently built Manhattan Beach walk street beauty that captivates with three-levels of living, a glass elevator, dance studio, and a rooftop deck for one to truly appreciate the ocean views. A Calabasas ranch property owned by an Academy Award-winning film producer returned to market and sold for $13.95 million. Two guesthouses, 16-stall horse barn, and a tennis court were a few of the features that set the listing apart. Santa Monica, not to be outdone, claimed white picket fence presence with the sale of a house that truly invites one home with the existence of wood-paneled library, sauna, and home theater.
