This week, rock star Sting and his wife, Trudie Styler, confirmed that they will be future residents in Battersea Power Station. Now you too can reserve your place to live in, arguably, the world’s most important new development project.
This Friday and Saturday, November 7 and 8, at The London West Hollywood, buyers will be able to purchase residences in Phase 3 of London’s Battersea Power Station. Each phase of the development has been designed by different architects, and Phase 3 features homes designed by world-renowned “starchitects” Frank Gehry and Lord Norman Foster.
Battersea Power Station, one of London’s most popular and iconic landmarks, serves as the centerpiece to this 42-acre project, which will house 3,992 apartments, three hotels, more than 250 shops and restaurants, leisure facilities and a six-acre riverside park. It will have its own Tube station, to be built on a new spur of the Northern Line. The redevelopment of Battersea Power Station will reportedly cost more than $12 Billion.
This Friday and Saturday, from 10am to 7pm, The Agency will initiate the Los Angeles sales exhibition of Phase 3 of London’s Battersea Power Station. The Agency has an exclusive allocation of Gehry’s and Foster’s residences, which are being made available for the first time. These residences definitely will not last long, so please make sure you make it to the exhibition at The London West Hollywood; 1020 N. San Vicente Blvd., West Hollywood, CA 90069
