The Agency had a huge presence in the real estate section of last Saturday’s Los Angeles Times.
All told, The Agency was featured on the cover of the “Real Estate: Westside/Central Los Angeles” along with the next 50 pages – highlighting the services and successes of the company, along with an array of world-class homes represented by The Agency .
“We Are More Than 100 Top-Producing Realtors,” notes the front page (view the full 7-page ad here – pdf), beginning a series describing the many bespoke services and teams that make up The Agency and distinguishes it from other real estate organizations.
“We Are New Development Specialists,” “An Interactive, Luxury Lifestyle Destination” and “A Market Research and Planning Team,” read the headlines, which fall beside company highlights including “$3 billion in transactions” and the selling out of The Ritz-Carlton Residences at L.A. LIVE – 224 homes sold for more than $375 million. The series concludes with the message: “We Are THE AGENCY, A Global Marketing and Sales Organization,” along with a colorful photo collage of our agents.
Spotlighted properties include 9555 Heather Rd, an East Coast traditional in Beverly Hills listed at $28.5 million; 3660 Toro Canyon Rd, an modern architectural home in Santa Barbara designed by Barbara Bestor ($12.9 million); 9133 Oriole Way, a stunning new construction in the prestigious Bird Streets listed at $38 million; 26740 Latigo Shore Dr, a beachfront property in Malibu ($6.9 million); as well as high-end vacation homes at Terranea Resort on the Palos Verdes Peninsula and at Alila Uluwatu, Bali. More than 100 properties were featured in the newspaper, illustrating the impressive range and quality of The Agency’s listings. Already, the buzz generated has been immense.
