The Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends, Inc. released their 2014 Top 1,000 Real Estate Professionals, and The Agency is proud to announce that five of its agents ranked among the best of the best in the U.S., including two in the top 10. Also joining Umansky among the top 10 agents in the country, based on the amount of closed transaction volume, was The Agency President and Co-Founder Billy Rose, who ranked No. 10 in the U.S. (jumping from No. 21 last year) and No. 4 in California, with a total sales volume of $273,782,328. This is Billy’s fourth consecutive year being named to the Wall Street Journal list (excepting 2011, when he didn’t submit due to Co-founding The Agency). Santiago Arana, a principal partner at The Agency, ranked No. 73 in the country with $105,282,500 in sales. Santiago is currently leading The Agency’s new Westside offices in Brentwood. The Agency’s James Harris and David Parnes were recognized as a Top Team by Volume, coming in at No. 228 in the U.S. with $80,872,800 in sales. “It’s a wonderful honor to be recognized once again as a top-producing agent in California and the U.S.,” said Umansky. “Additionally, I’m extremely proud of Billy, Santiago, James and David for distinguishing themselves as top agents in the country. Each of us owe our accomplishments in 2013, just as we did the year before, to the culture of partnership and collaboration we’ve created and continue to grow.”
Billy Rose notes: “Though I’m delighted to be named to this year’s list, I’m most proud of the platform and the system we’ve originated at The Agency and the opportunities it provides for me and the rest of our agents. Due to our unique collaborative culture, I expect that more and more of our agents will be similarly honored in the upcoming years.” “We are ecstatic to have been recognized by the Wall Street Journal and will continue to work hard, stay focused and continue to rise in production,” shared James Harris and David Parnes. “We are thrilled to have made our mark in Los Angeles as part of The Agency team.” Santiago Arana notes: “I am proud of this achievement and for being recognized again by the Wall Street Journal, and I am also proud of my partners here at The Agency. Together we are redefining the way real estate is practiced here in Los Angeles, and I look forward to our continued success.” The Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends, Inc.
