This upscale casino-hotel on Singapore’s waterfront cost an astounding $8 billion SGD to build, making it the world’s second-most expensive casino property. And one of its greatest attractions is the phenomenal rooftop infinity pool, perched right on the edge of the modern skyscraper, flowing seemingly out onto the bright lights of Singapore below.
The 44-story Ritz-Carlton tower on Barcelona’s beachfront boasts a pool to take your breath away. The super-hip pool lounge is ideal for relaxation and social events alike, and it sits right next to an iconic Frank Gehry-designed sculpture sure to take your breath away.
The Standard’s rooftop pool, in Downtown LA, is about as iconic as they get. The pool can be relaxing much of the week, but on a hot summer Saturday or Sunday it turns into a real social scene, with vibrating waterbeds and a busy cocktail lounge.

Pushing design to the edge, this 1927 historic hotel has a very modern spin – a window-walled rooftop infinity pool that sticks out eight feet from the building’s exterior, offering views 10 stories below of downtown Dallas. This one’s not for patrons prone to vertigo.
8. B2 Boutique Hotel + Spa – Zurich
It may be cold in Switzerland much of the year, but it’s very hot up here. The Thermalbad & Spa is a steamy 100+ degrees, perched at the top of Zurich’s 60-room B2 Boutique Hotel + Spa, once a former brewery, now an industrial-chic resort.
9. Intercontinental Hotel – Hong Kong
This pool is all about location – the infinity hot tubs of the spa make it appear as though you’re taking a dip right in Hong Kong Harbor, and the pool features spectacular panoramic views. And if that’s not enough, try their delicious boutique cocktails.
