The Agency is pleased to announce that top-producing agent and architectural specialist Stephen Sigoloff has joined its family of agents. He will work out of the company’s planned Westside offices in Brentwood.
Before working in real estate, Stephen Sigoloff spent 17 years as a celebrity portrait, beauty and advertising photographer, publishing internationally in such magazines as Esquire, Vogue and W. Passionate about art, architecture and design, Stephen made a seamless transition to high-end real estate sales in 2002, with particular emphasis on architecturally significant properties.
“I have known Steve for a long time, and, consequently, I know first-hand that the entire brokerage community has tremendous respect for his experience and professionalism,” says Billy Rose, President and Co-founder of The Agency.
“He’s an ‘agent’s agent,’ and many an agent calls on him for his advice on the ins and outs of the market, values and what’s good and what’s better. I’m personally pleased and honored to welcome my friend to The Agency family and look forward to him extending our reach to the Westside and throughout the city.”
While Stephen concentrates his work in the Westside neighborhoods of Brentwood, Santa Monica and Pacific Palisades, he regularly traverses the entire city, drawn to all corners of LA by architecturally notable homes and buildings.
Asked about his recent move to The Agency, Stephen says: “In terms of residential real estate, I believe The Agency is on the edge of what’s happening now, a creative and innovative culture with an extraordinary collaborative of fine agents and designers who are continually refining the craft of real estate. The growth of this company over the past couple of years has been impressive to watch and is certainly one with which I am now proud to be associated.”
Stephen grew up in Brentwood and currently lives in Pacific Palisades.
