The Agency is pleased to announce that Ninkey Dalton has joined its ranks of top-producing agents. Ninkey will work out of the company’s brand new Westside offices in Brentwood.
Ninkey Dalton ranks among the top 2% of real estate agents in Southern California. Her eye for aesthetics, coupled with well-honed negotiating and marketing skills, are tremendous assets for her clients, who come from all over the world.
“I first came to know Ninkey when we were both at Prudential CA Realty, where she was one of the top producing agents and a mentor to many,” says Billy Rose, President and Co-founder of The Agency. “Her calm demeanor allows her to guide her clients through sometimes challenging circumstances, achieving successful outcomes. A student of the market (from the Westside to the Eastside) and liked by all, we are delighted to include Ninkey among our ranks of top agents.”
Ninkey comes to The Agency from Berkshire Hathaway, where she was in the Chairman’s Circle Gold and sold the highest-priced home in their Palisades office in 2013 ($11.5 million). While her roots are here in Los Angeles, Ninkey’s wide network of affiliates and connections have allowed her to connect far-flung buyers and sellers, and her background in international transactions enables her to facilitate foreign buyers who are finding Southern California particularly attractive. She regularly travels as far abroad as Toronto and Moscow to meet with clients.
On her move to The Agency, Ninkey says: “I wanted to join a company that was examining current and future real estate trends in a more inclusive atmosphere, where agents spend time exchanging information about the specific needs of their clients to deliver results, since no two clients are ever the same. Working in a hybrid environment of collaboration and incredible client services is critical when dealing with high net-worth global clients – both buyers and sellers. As part of the Agency team, I’m particularly excited about strategic partnerships and the ever widening scope of opportunities for cross-platforming real estate: lifestyle, luxury residences and investments.”
In addition to real estate, Ninkey is passionate about tennis and philanthropy. She supports Junior Tennis USTA, remains an avid (and ranked) player, belongs to the Santa Monica Conservancy, and is on the advisory board of A Window Between Worlds, an organization that supports abused women, men and children through a healing arts program. Ninkey is a proud resident of Pacific Palisades, where she raised her two daughters, and is also a former Production Designer and member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
