On Wednesday, January 22, The Agency’s CEO and Co-founder Mauricio Umansky and his wife Kyle Richards, along with The Agency’s John Tippins, had the honor of hosting an exclusive reception for ONE DROP -– a non-profit initiative of Cirque du Soleil Founder Guy Laliberté.
Umansky and Richards addressed the crowd under the big top of Cirque du Soleil’s TOTEM, sharing their passion and commitment for ONE DROP’s mission to ensure worldwide water access to all, today and forever. The couple also made a surprise monetary commitment of $25,000 by purchasing a bronze package to One Night for ONE DROP, a global philanthropy event held on Friday, March 21 in Las Vegas, benefitting ONE DROP.
A one-night only performance imagined by Cirque du Soleil, One Night for ONE DROP will feature world renowned guest performers, including vocal super group – The Tenors, alongside more than100 artists from all eight Las Vegas Cirque du Soleil productions. Both Mauricio and Kyle are Committee Members for One Night for ONE DROP.
After Mauricio’s eloquent speech he introduced Mukhtar Mukhtar (photo above, with Mauricio and Kyle), who is the newly appointed director for this year’s One Night for ONE DROP. Mukhtar talked about the inspiration behind creating One Night for ONE DROP, bringing together the message of ‘One Thought, One World,’ telling us to create the world in which we want to live. After the moving presentation by Mukhtar, everyone was guided into the big top to watch the spectacular show TOTEM by Cirque du Soleil.
