1. Evernote
This app is ideal for the super-organizer. It’s easy-to-use interface allows you to organize your notes, to-do lists, budgets and paperwork on the go. It’s even great for multimedia – you scan in PDFs, insert pictures and videos, and best of all, store everything online.

This app organizes your messy heap of photos (and videos) into a tidy filing system. You can create custom-colored folders and group images however you like, using simple drag-and-drop. No longer will you have to scroll through hundreds of photos for that pic you’re trying to show your friends.
On top of it’s awesome name, Remember the Milk is an app that is adept at keeping you organized with your day-to-day activities. Take your lists with you so that you can sort and prioritize appointments, deadlines and chores on the go. The easy-to-use, color-coded system helps you quickly find notes related to items on your list.
Making it onto the Mac App Store’s Best of 2012 list, Mint is a simple financial app that shows how much you are spending by monitoring all of your transactions. This is a must-have for you budget-organizers out there.
5. iRewardChart
If you have a family, chances are you’re constantly trying to get your kids to empty the dishwasher, clean their rooms, brush their teeth, etc.. Enter iRewardChart. This clever app motivates children to assist with responsibilities around the house by offering them custom rewards – set by you – for a job well done. Can also be used with spouses.
6. Kindle
The ultimate E-reader app, Kindle gives users the ability to store reading materials on a colorful, user-friendly interface, so you can bring your magazines, books and other docs with you everywhere. Plus, you’ll have access to more than 950,000 book titles (and thousands of free first chapters).
7. TaskRabbit
TaskRabbit is the organizing app for the rich and powerful. It allows you to post any errand or chore you need help with to the public queue. Jut add your name and the price you’re willing to pay to get the job done, and one of TaskRabbit’s thousands of pre-qualified and workers will get to work, picking up your dry-cleaning, taking your dog for a walk – you name it.
8. Checkmark
When you are within a specified radius of a new location, like work, home, the grocery store, your private island – that venue’s to-do list will pop up, reminding you just why you’re there and what you need to do.
For all you busy travelers out there, Toshl is a fabulous expense and budget tracker. It works with hundreds of currencies and lets you separate your travel budget from your other daily expenses. Plus, it can be synched across all your devices.
10. The Agency Mobile Real Estate App
Although we’re naturally biased, we still think The Agency App is the best one out there for organizing your Los Angeles real estate listings. GPS technology identifies your location and displays listings in your immediate area, and you can also search homes based on address, city, zip code or MLS number. The app shows you extensive details about a property, including price, square footage, taxes, features, descriptions, pictures, maps and more. Plus, you can save your favorite homes to view later or text them to your friends and family.
